Noche Blanca makes returns simple and fast. We totally understand if you're not entirely happy with your purchase.
To process a return, please follow these simple steps:
(2) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request form attached and we will provide you with the return address.
Helpful Hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 14 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a Noche Blanca E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards also never expire so please treat E-Gift Cards like cash! For a full copy of our policy, please click HERE. All swimwear and bikinis are final sale.
How long do returns take to process?
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received into our distribution center. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued an online store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card via email. Please keep your return tracking number for your records.
There is something missing/defective/not what I ordered? What do I do?
We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact our Customer Care Team within two days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible so that you can show off your Noche Blanca style!
I am an international customer and I want to return an item.
To avoid unnecessary and potentially costly return shipping, please contact us our Customer Care Team before returning an item. There are special circumstances that may limit our ability to accept or process a return from an international location, however, we will do our best to accommodate your return request. Please note that we are not responsible for returns until they reach our distribution center in Toronto, ON Canada.
*If you are returning a damaged item and fail to contact us prior to making an international return, please note that the maximum credit for return shipping is $15.00 USD, regardless of actual charges incurred.
